Starting Tuesday, January 10 and occurring weekly, there will be at 7 p.m. Gentle Yoga with practitioner Elizabeth Tseng. Please bring your own water, beach towel or mat. Ms.Tseng requests that the practice be done barefoot. You will need to sign a waiver in order to participate in the class.   This is a wonderful way to start the New Year by working out for strength, flexibility, and serenity.

Tales highlight the daring exhibited and the importance of collaboration with black and white sympathizers. This will be followed by a discussion of the outfit worn for even clothes have history.

Great art speaks powerfully, inspires fresh thinking, and connects us to our past. Picturing America, a project of the National Endowment for the Humanities, tells America’s story through its art in large reproductions of selected masterworks of American art​.   Celebrate Black History Month with us by exploring the Migration Series by Jacob Lawrence. We will discuss the masterwork together and its historical significance. An art and craft activity will follow the discussion. All ages are welcomed.
