As a Federal Government agency, PBGC has a responsibility to attract, develop and retain the highest quality of employees, who will deliver results that meet the high demands of our customers. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), diversity and inclusion are keys to accomplishing this goal.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Management Directive 715 (MD-715) obliges PBGC and all agencies, to develop and maintain a model EEO program, make employment decisions free of discrimination, regularly examine our employment policies, practices and procedures and workforce data to identify and remove any barriers, develop plans to correct any identified barriers and report our plans and progress annually to the EEOC in our agency’s MD-715 Report below.
