Resource Management

The Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) Resource Management Division (RMD) is responsible for OMAO budget formulation and execution, resource management, financial accounting and control. The division prepares budget submissions, and provides for the allocation of OMAO resources and execution of financial plans.
