The Real Estate Division is responsible for the acquisition, management and disposal of real property in support of the district’s Military, Civil Works, Environmental Remediation and Special Projects missions.
As a full-service real estate organization, District professionals possess expertise in planning real estate requirements; project cost estimating and funds control; mapping; appraisal; acquisition; management and disposal of real property for the DoD and other Federal partner agencies including U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard; U.S. Army, Army National Guard, U.S. Army Reserves; EPA, Department of Energy, Defense Logistics Agency, Customs and Border Protection, etc.
The Real Estate division operates with a Military Branch and a Civil Works Branch, along with the Technical Services Branch that supports both military and civil funded projects through appraisals, mapping, accountability, audit, and historical files. Budget and financial management personnel serve directly under the Chief of the Real Estate Division.
