5-Year Plan to Accelerate Technology Transfer
On October 28, 2011, the President issued a memo to the heads of executive Departments and Agencies on Accelerating Technology Transfer and Commercialization of Federal Research in Support of High Growth Businesses. In response to this memo, the NOAA Technology Partnerships Office developed a 5-Year Plan, which is currently under review by the Office of Management and Budget. Once the plan is approved, we will post it here for public reference. We will also post annual updates and performance information.
