Picnic shelter
reservations are available at several parks on Allatoona Lake. These shelters
are ideal for family reunions, birthday parties or company gatherings. (See the
chart.)
Shelter reservations are available from March 1 thru October 31
annually; however, dates vary for some shelters. Shelter reservations may be
made up to 365 days in advance.
Picnic Shelter Reservations can be made
by calling the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS) toll-free at
877-444-6777 or online at www.recreation.gov.
A
credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) is
required to make a shelter reservation. Payment is due at the time the
reservation is made. A service fee will
be charged to change the date, change the location or to cancel the
reservation.
