TERMS OF USE

ACEEE offers free feeds of blog posts, publications, conferences/events, press releases, and jobs in XML format through its RSS (Really Simple Syndication) service. Although we trust you and are excited that you’re using our information, we need to place some restrictions on this service in order to prevent our content from being used for commercial benefit, stolen, or worse yet, edited in ungrammatical ways.

These Terms of Use govern your use of ACEEE's RSS service and may be changed by ACEEE at any time without notice.

Use of RSS Feeds:
RSS is a free service offered by ACEEE for private, non-commercial use only. Any other uses are strictly prohibited. Prohibited uses include any effort to derive advertising or syndication revenue from content delivered by ACEEE feeds, and reprinting full feeds to blogs and social networking profiles. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by ACEEE, and you may not edit or modify the text, content, or links supplied by ACEEE. For Web posting, reprint, syndication, or licensing requests for ACEEE material, e-mail gmurray@aceee.org.

Link to Content Pages:
The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the aceee.org site. You may not display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable aceee.org site Web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page, or other content between the RSS link and the applicable ACEEE site Web page.

Ownership/Attribution:
ACEEE retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all ACEEE logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must provide attribution to the appropriate ACEEE Web site in connection with your use of the RSS feeds.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:
ACEEE reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing, or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. ACEEE assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your Web site.
