The proposed study in Phase II will incorporate quantitative modeling and projections where possible so as to develop new insights about the long-run macroeconomic effects of the aging U.S. population. | | | | Reports | | | | | | Assessment of Staffing Needs of Systems Specialists in Aviation (BOHSI) 2013
This report makes comment on developing a staffing model for the 6,100 workers that maintain the National Airspace System. The committee evaluates the current staffing models and then provides variables that should be included in a model that the Federal Aviation Administration will build to predict the future number of Airway Transportation System Specialists.

A recent bill in Congress would have required the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to mandate that employers provide information on pay by race, gender, and national origin of employees. This report concludes that this would have been a significant undertaking for EEOC.
