I am honored and humbled to represent you as the 19th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Our Nation has the most professional and capable military force in the world because of you–our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Civil Servants. I want to begin by thanking you for who you are and what you do. Every day, in every task, you answer the Nation’s call and you deliver.
Today, we face a complex and volatile global security environment with a wide range of challenges. We will meet those challenges. We must also be ready to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
To ensure we maintain a flexible, versatile, and adaptable force today and tomorrow, I
will focus on three key areas as I begin my time as Chairman:
• Restore joint readiness. Our fundamental responsibility to the Nation is to be a ready force.
• Improve our joint warfighting capability. We must maintain our ability to deter potential adversaries. When deterrence fails, we will deliver Joint Forces that can fight and win.
• Develop leaders for Joint Forces Next. The future operating environment will place new demands on leaders at all levels. Our leaders must have the training, education, and experience to meet those demands.
In the weeks ahead, I will engage with leaders at all levels and will provide my strategic direction to the Joint Force in greater detail. I look forward to your input as an important element of shared understanding and trust.
Know that I am fully dedicated to providing you with the leadership and support you deserve.

Please Please reverse the Pentagon’s shameful policy of punishing soldiers who try to stop the sexual abuse of children in Afghanistan, as reported by the New York Times.
We’ll be rooting for a resolution of the Afghanistan problem but this fight lasts a long time. But nothing like late than never … May God enlighten the leaders … So be it …

know this may be a bit much to post on this site but I wanted to share
something i just thought of, if we start training soldiers to use
chainsaws to have a tactical chainsaw assault team in all of our
engagements with the enemy to terrorize ISIS back and the Islam,
chainsaw massacring as a scare tactic to scare the crap out of them so
they will think twice about cutting off christian’s heads I think we
could really gain some ground in the psychological warfare arena, it
would be really scary I think if the soldiers with the chainsaws wore
hocky masks like on the Horror movie Friday the 13th.
After the events in Paris the whole world moans, but also wants resolution. George W Bush said and even Hillary agreed in the Saturday night debate that Islam in a religion of peace. IS is perverting a religion into a political ideology. We fight against Jihadist Terrorism. this is an excellent term that can be agreed on by all parties and all candidates. Let’s go at this head on, not piecemeal. Clearly Obama’s strategy is not working – a new approach is mandatory if we want to keep them from actions on our streets against Americans at home.
This requires both old world military and new paradigm strategies to destroy, not contain, the caliphate of IS.
In WWII, the armed forced would attack and flank, provide air support and, on the ground, spotting and intel. We need to use these strategies that were very effective then. Let’s get all NATO countries, including Russia, to start at the borders of Iraq and Syria and march to the center with troops and tanks. Chase IS into the center of the ring. Use air support to counter resistance when IS troops fight back. They will be concentrated in groups where we can take them out. At the same time, have technology experts monitoring all communications and modifying strategy and resource allocations to maximize the assault against IS. Put military IT experts on the ground with the best available technology to monitor IS positions and communications locally. Put spies in their midst like we did in WWII.
Let’s close in on IS like a noose and eliminate them. Take away the caliphate territories. Capture their leaders and execute them for crimes against humanity. put fear in the hearts of any potential terror leaders so that they will not take on the world and perhaps we can end the threats of terrorism in the near term.

The truth is the biochip works like a sim card. The ARRA authorizes payments to the states in an effort to encourage Medicaid
Providers to adopt and use “certified EHR technology” aka biochips. ARRA will match Medicaid $5 for every $1 a state provides. Hospitals are paid $2 million to create “crisis stabilization wards” (Gitmo’s) where state police torture people – even unto death. They stopped my heart 90 times in 6 hours. Virginia Beach EMT’s were called to the scene.

Y. 1914) Justice Cardozo states, “every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent, commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages. (Pratt v Davis, 224 Ill. 300; Mohr v Williams, 95 Minn. 261.)
This case precedent requires police to falsely arrest you or kidnap you and call you a mental health patient in order to force the implant on you. You can also be forced to have a biochip if you have an infectious disease – like Eboli or Aids. Coalition of Justice vs the City of Hampton, VA settled a case out of court for $500,000 and removal of the biochip. Torture is punishable by $1,000 per day up to $2 million; Medical battery is worth $2.05 million. The problem is the judges know you’re being tortured and refuse to uphold the law. Judge Arenda Allen’s own clerk told me the judge knew I was being tortured – 8 years now, but Judge Allen denied a motion for a cessation of torture. I consider her guilty of felony torture just like the state police that did this to me to cover their own crimes. There needs to be accountability. There is none. They break into my home and steal whatever they want. They have destroyed my business, my reputation, my health – I’ve had 2 heart attacks at their hands, my home, and my reputation to cover their own crimes. OSI came into the room and asked me if I knew what this was about or who these folks were – I told them no. They are rapists, sodomizers, thieves and self admitted murderers!

First, can someone please moderate these comments. Some of them need to be removed and some addressed. Second, when are these Joint Chiefs of Staff facebook meetings? How do I add the event to my calendar. Third, I would be interested in knowing more about what the Joint Chiefs of Staff are doing about alcoholism and addiction. The recent dismissal of David Baucom exemplifies the stigma attached to mental illness and addiction. If he had a heart attack, he would not have been fired. Mental illnesses like addiction and alcoholism need parity with physical illnesses. Baucom needs treatment for his disease so that he can recover.

Hard to find a direct email address to General Dunford. It is under your watch that the Marine Training Corp has gone off the rail. You need to take direct personal action to speak out on the issue of Hazing in Boot camp by making a personal visit to the two bases to get the message across. If a Marine survives hazing in Boot camp it only means he is trained to haze in return.
