The Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs (OCIA) is the primary point of contact for Congress and state and local governments at EXIM. OCIA informs and educates elected officials and their staff on how EXIM Bank supports American jobs through financing exports of U.S. goods and services. In addition, OCIA responds to Congressional concerns, prepares EXIM officials for Congressional hearings, and helps elected officials to educate their constituents on EXIM financing tools through hosting local events. Please contact us if you need help.
