RISA Annual Meeting 2016

From February 23rd to 25th, RISA scientists and partners gathered in Tucson, Arizona for the 6th RISA Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting included broad participation from across the RISA network, as well as federal and state agency representatives, non-profit organizations, and others. Topically, the meeting was divided into five themes: 

1) Evaluation of Regional Climate Adaptation Efforts
2) Evolving Resources for Decision Support & Co-Production of Knowledge
3) RISA Responses to Disasters: How to Take Advantage Without Taking Advantage
4) Fast and Slow, Big & Small: Extreme Events & Agency's Needs
5) Drought University: Sharing Knowledge Across RISA Teams
