    The lists below provide points of contact by state as well as information resources including flooding forecasts, state emergency managers and other information.

    State, Tribe and local governments are responsible for emergency preparedness and providing response resources including training and stock-piling of flood fighting supplies and materials.

    USACE can supplement State, Tribal and local efforts during emergencies through an official request for assistance from the Governor or a Tribal leader. All State Tribe,and local resources must be committed.
