The Fleet Standardization Office (FSO), under the Office of Marine and Aviation Operation's (OMAO) Deputy Director for Operations, is responsible for the development and implementation of the Marine Operations Safety Management System for the NOAA fleet and shore support functions. It is also responsible for the OMAO Document Management System and document processes including the oversight of administrative and operational standard operating procedures for OMAO headquarters and Marine Operations.
