The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announces the availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Replacement Robley Rex VA Medical Center (VAMC). VA proposes to construct and operate a campus to replace the existing Robley Rex VAMC, Veterans Benefits Administration office, and three community-based outpatient clinics in Louisville, KY.
