New Funding Opportunity to Support Metabolomics Data Analysis!
The Metabolomics program has issued a funding opportunity announcement to foster collaboration between computational scientists, metabolomics experts, and biomedical researchers in developing, piloting, and/or validating novel bioinformatic approaches that address current analytical hurdles in metabolomics data.  Applications are due February 14, 2017

    Opportunity to Sequence Pediatric Cohorts!
The Gabriella Miller Kids First Program is soliciting applications to provide samples for whole genome sequencing that will help researchers understand the genetic contribution to childhood cancers and structural birth defects.  Applications due March 7, 2017.

The HCS Research Collaboratory Solicits a New Round of Pragmatic Clinical Trial Demonstration Projects. The Health Care Systems Research Collaboratory issued a funding opportunity announcement for a new round of demonstration projects that for efficient, large-scale pragmatic clinical trials working with healthcare systems as research partners. Multiple NIH Institutes and Centers have signed on to participate. Applications due June 2, 2017.

New Funding Opportunities for the Illuminating the Druggable Genome (IDG) Program!
The IDG program is soliciting applications to be part of the IDG consortium. The goals of the implementation phase of IDG are to advance research through the development, broad dissemination, and use of community scientific resources to study human proteins for which publicly available information or active research is lacking in order to catalyze the discovery of truly novel biology.

Funding Opportunity for the Stimulating Peripheral Activity to Relieve Conditions (SPARC) Program!
The SPARC program is soliciting comprehensive functional mapping projects to elucidate peripheral nervous system control of target organ function, and pre-clinical studies to support new indications for market-approved devices. See the SPARC website for more information.

    4D Nucleome Funding Opportunity
The Transformative Collaborative Project Award (TCPA) aims to provide research support for eligible investigators to pursue novel research directions or develop new technologies and tools that will further help the 4DN Program to achieve its goals.
