P4 Production Compliance Agreement Schedule

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and P4 Production, LLC, entered into a Compliance Agreement Schedule that permits the company to continue to operate while it develops a corrective action plan to address mercury emissions from its Soda Springs facility. State regulations require P4 to install Mercury Best Available Control Technology (MBACT). P4 obtained an air quality permit that included an MBACT emissions limit; however, after receiving the permit and conducting the required emissions testing, P4 discovered it was not able to meet the limit under current operating conditions.
