Quarterly data for starts and completions by purpose and design are released with the New Residential Construction release for January, April, July, and October suvey months.
Seasonally adjusted estimates of housing units authorized by building permits, started, under construction, and completed are revised in the April New Residential Construction press release (released in May).
Analysis of Revisons for New Residential Construction estimates are released in the January and July survey months.
Annual Characteristics for houses started and completed for the previous year are released on the first workday (excluding weekends and holidays) of June the following year.
