STAKEHOLDERS

Office of Management and Budget
OMB LogoThe Office of Management and Budget (OMB) monitors legislation in order to update form content. OMB also manages renewals for standard common forms and post-award information collections.

 

Federal Agencies
Federal Agencies Icon Agencies develop and manage their own agency-specific grant application forms. They must also build consensus with other Federal agencies and OMB on modifications and changes to Standard Forms and monitor the renewal schedule.

 

Federal Register
NARA LogoAll changes to grant forms must be posted to the Federal Register for a 60-day comment period that is open to the public. Comments received must be addressed within 1 month and re-published for 30 days.

 

Grants.gov
Grants.gov is responsible for outreach and communications both to the public and to federal agencies. Grants.gov builds the updated forms and makes them available to users.
