Campground Visitor Passes
Visitors to registered campers will be charged a $3 visitors fee each day they visit. Visitor hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. All visitors and campers must stop and register at the campground entrance station.
Primitive Camping Enhanced Reservations
Reservations for primitive camping sites on Dale Hollow Lake are taken by the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS) via their toll free number at 1-877-444-6777 or online at www.recreation.gov. In order to compensate the reservation contractor for this service, a minimal fee of $3 per night will be assessed to cover the costs associated with participation in the NRRS.
Enhanced reservation services include:
· Reservations can be made 6 months in advance to the day of arrival.
· Reservations at the call center can be taken each day of the week, including weekends.
· Online reservations can be made 24/7.
· Site data, including photos and GPS locations, will be viewable online.
· The reservation website will display what sites are available and which ones are already reserved.
· Last minute campsite reservations are an option if available.
· Search options for other recreational opportunities exist.
· Many multiple party sites have been eliminated and each location is a single party reservable site.
· Confirmation letters can be instantly printed.
· It’s fast. It’s easy. It’s convenient!

Notice that the sites are listed by map, site number and location name. Relevant information is listed under each site and specific data including GPS and location information is found in the “Know Before You Go” and “Notes” section.
