What are Onsite Inspections
Before approval of the APD, an onsite inspection will be conducted with the operator to further identify site-specific resource protection concerns and requirements. Prior to, or in conjunction with, the onsite inspection, the surface management agency will advise the operator if any special inventories or studies are required, such as for cultural resources or threatened and endangered species.

The BLM has scheduled an NOS onsite with Burlington Resources Oil & Gas Company LP on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. We will be conducting the onsite for the proposed construction of one 1.063 acre central compressor facility (named the Abajo Central Compressor Facility) utilizing a portion of the existing well pad for the San Juan Unit 32-9 Unit 297 S well located in Section 35, T32N, R10W in San Juan County, NM. The proposed project also includes an additional off-lease central compressor facility located in Section 7, T32N, R09W. We will be meeting at the intersection of Hwy 550 and CR 2390 at 7:30 AM. The BLM has scheduled a project onsite with Dugan Production Corporation on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. We will be conducting the onsite for the proposed construction of a pipeline and access road that would connect the PGA Unit 16 #2 and Will #3 natural gas wells in San Juan County, New Mexico. The general location of the proposed project is within Sections 9, 15, and 16 of Township 23 North, Range 11 West. Please see the attached file for additional project details.
