Office of the Under Secretary

The Office of the Under Secretary (OUS) for International Trade plans, determines, and coordinates policy, directs the programs, and is responsible for all activities of ITA. The Under Secretary coordinates all issues concerning trade promotion, commercial policy, market access, agreements, trade law enforcement, import administration, domestic and international competitiveness.
