Information Technology Branch
The Information Technology (IT) Branch supports the Southeast Regional Office (SERO) IT infrastructure, including the internal telephone system, local area network (LAN), servers, network storage and backup devices, printers, and users' laptops and desktops. The branch also supports the data management and system development/operation needs for all of the programs, offices, and divisions of SERO. It installs and maintains hardware and software, and implements/enforces IT security requirements. It provides training and support to employees as needed and maintains the IT inventory for the Region. It represents the Regional Administrator in providing reports and developing/implementing national systems and procedures.
