Passport applications are accepted at the Consulate by appointment only, to make an appointment, please click here. Limited validity emergency passports may be issued in special circumstances.
Our hours of operation are Thuesday, Thursday and Friday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., excluding American and Chinese public holidays.
