Maintining water quality is the driving force behind the Water Program. Projects include managing water on rangeland allotments, preserving the agency's water rights and providing sediment management to preserve clean water.
Stream restoration and road rehabilitation projects that limit sediment delivery into the waterways ensure clean water for people, wildlife and fish.
