Midsummer Night Science Series

Our summer science series occurs on Wednesday evenings from June through August. Participants learn about science and natural resource management through a combination of lecture and experiential activities. Programs begin at 7 p.m.

Early Morning Bird Walks

A member of the Alaska Audubon Society shows a visitor how to spot for binoculars.Join us each May as we team up with the Anchorage Audubon Society for a series of weekly bird walks on Campbell Tract. Led by expert birders, these walks provide participants the opportunity to witness the progression of songbird migration through Campbell Tract and to develop and fine tune their birding skills. Dress appropriately for the weather and for walking on uneven terrain. Enjoy hot cocoa and coffee indoors after the walks are over.
