Nashville Shores Additional Cabins, Environmental Assessment and Unsigned Finding of No Significant Impact Statement, Davidson County, Tennessee - 1/12/2017: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District (Corps) is evaluating an Environmental Assessment (EA) of the impacts of proposed 35 new cabin units in the Nashville Shores Lease Area. The cabin units would be constructed off-site, to be delivered as “cabins on wheels”, sitting on axles, and placed on the Nashville Shores property. The Cabins would be placed in three phases.

Public Notice 17-01 - 1/6/2017: On January 6, 2017, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) published the notice in the Federal Register announcing the reissuance of all 50 existing nationwide permits (NWPs), general conditions, and definitions with some modifications. The Corps also issued two new NWPs, one new general condition, and five new definitions. The 2017 NWPs will go into effect on March 19, 2017, and will expire on March 18, 2022.
