American Citizen Services
ACS Appointment
We provide routine American Citizen Services on Monday and Thursday afternoons between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00pm, except for holidays. We welcome applications for U.S. passports, reports of birth, notarials and affidavits, and other services during that time. American citizens with other general inquiries are welcome on Thursdays at 3:00pm. Please note that we cannot answer visa inquiries for non-immigrant visas.
All visitors for routine consular services must make an appointment through our ACS online appointment system. To facilitate your entry into the consulate, parents accompanying a minor for any routine services should make an appointment for a “notarial or other service.”
