| Notice - Email Phishing Attack Continues to Target Lawyers - Tuesday, December 06, 2016The U.S. District Court has been notified by the Colo. Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel that it has become aware of an email phishing scam that has reemerged in several states, including Colorado. Emails are being sent to lawyers purporting to notify them of disciplinary action.

| U.S. DISTRICT COURT LOCAL RULES REVISIONS EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2016 - Thursday, November 10, 2016The United States District Court for the District of Colorado reviewed and approved revisions to its Local Rules which become effective December 1, 2016. The Advisory Committee on the Local Rules of Practice and Procedure has completed its comprehensive review of the local rules. In the 2016 rules cycle the Committee focused on the conversion of the pilot program of local patent rules into new rules, issued an assortment of new administrative provisions that will contribute to more efficient case administration, and made several amendments to attorney practice rules.
