U.S. Department of Justice Releases Further Clarification on How the ADA and Olmstead Apply to Employment Services and Settings

On October 31, the U.S. Department of Justice released guidance on how the Integration Mandate of Title II of the ADA and the Olmstead decision are to be applied to state and local governments’ employment service systems.
