Description
The Habitat Priority Planner tool has three modules that allow users to develop “what if” planning scenarios. This tool is particularly helpful when developing habitat restoration priorities with stakeholder groups. During the webinar, an example restoration problem will be presented, followed by a demonstration of how the Habitat Priority Planner tool was used to identify habitat areas that meet the restoration goal. Participants will learn the steps needed to successfully develop restoration planning scenarios.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand how to set up a spatial analysis process for habitat restoration projects
- Use the Habitat Priority Planner to identify priority areas for restoration
