Management analysts work in various offices throughout the Commission. They provide advice and assistance on office operations and programs by conducting analysis of program data and identifying potential areas of improvement.

In addition, they advise teams on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations and identifying data required for use in the management and direction of programs.

FERC needs professionals and students with the following qualifications:

• Four year degree or relevant experience


• Analytical ability


• Excellent communication skills
