You can search and browse the journals and reference works on Taylor & Francis Online for free. You will need to subscribe to the individual journal or reference work in order to read the full articles. Subscriptions are required to search or browse the Abstract Database products. You can also purchase individual articles and issues to view online.

I have published a journal article with you and would like to know what access I have on Taylor & Francis Online

As a researcher who has published with us, Taylor & Francis Online offers some key functionality for you. Our dedicated author centre, My authored works, is where you can go to view and download all your published articles, check your article downloads, Altmetric data, and citations. You can also manage your email and citation alerts and get your free eprints link here. Your user name will be the email address you used to correspond with us during the publication process.

How do I access My authored works so I can view my article online?

As an author, you will have been set up with a My authored works account automatically. By logging into your account, you will have immediate access to every journal article you’ve published with us.

I’ve forgotten my login details to Taylor & Francis Online and My authored works

Please go to account login and click Forgot Password. You will be asked for your email address so we can send you an email with further instructions on how to re-set your password. More details on managing your Taylor & Francis Online account.

What is an eprint and what can I do with it?

An eprint is a link for you to share with your friends and colleagues to give them instant, free access to your published article on Taylor & Francis Online. I am a Society member, what do I need to do to manage my account on Taylor & Francis Online? What training can you give me?

Taylor & Francis Online is easy to use and has all the functionality you need, with the key function being an elevated level of searching across our content. You can access your account using your username and password.

If you have moved from another Publisher you will find that you can still use your old password, and your username will now be your email address.

I am a society member, how can I get access to content I'm entitled to?

You should have received a confirmation email from Taylor & Francis Online or your society to confirm your access entitlements. If you have not received this email or have any further questions please contact us.

I have received a voucher, how do I use it?

If you are entitled to a voucher for content you should have received a confirmation email from Taylor & Francis including your voucher code or voucher web address (URL).

If you have a web address (URL) please click on the link or enter the URL into your browser address bar and simply follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have a printed voucher code, please sign in via this link. Go to My Account, and click on Redeem Voucher where you will be asked to input your Voucher Code together with your surname. This will activate your access.
