.SYNOPSIS...TRADE WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY AS STRONG HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE WESTERN
ATLANTIC. NORTH SWELLS WILL ALSO BUILD ACROSS THE ATLANTIC
COASTAL WATERS AND PASSAGES EARLY TUESDAY AND CREATE VERY ROUGH
AND CONFUSED SEAS. CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO IMPROVE THURSDAY AS
WINDS AND SWELLS SUBSIDE.
