To celebrate 80 years of drinking water delivery service from the JG Beacham Drinking Water Treatment Plant, 20 downtown fire hydrants have been turned into functional, life-saving, creative pieces of art. The hydrants will serve as a line of defense against fires, as well as unique displays of public art for years to come.
