OFCCP Directive Index

Directives

This website provides access to OFCCP Policy Directives that have been issued as interpretative guidance. Not all directives are posted because the website is under ongoing construction. Policy Directives are listed in order of release date according to the following categories: Administrative; Affirmative Action Program; Enforcement; Federal Contract Compliance Manual Notices; Jurisdiction; and Memorandums of Understandings.

The Policy Directives below are presented in both HTML and PDF Format. In order to "view" these documents you need what is referred to as a "reader." The reader is software that converts PDF files to viewable documents that will appear on your monitor. There are several software publishers that provide free reader software for downloading. For your convenience we have provided a link to the free downloadable software provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated. This link is in no way an endorsement of either Adobe Systems Incorporated or Adobe Software.

NOTE: The VEVRAA and Section 503 thresholds for coverage in OFCCP Order No. ADM 90-2/JUR (Transmittal No. 136 above) are incorrect. Currently, for contracts taking effect on or after December 1, 2003, the threshold for coverage under VEVRAA is $100,000. For contracts that took effect before December 1, 2003, the threshold for coverage under VEVRAA is $25,000. The threshold for coverage under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is $10,000. Also, the citation for VEVRAA is incorrect. The correct citation is 38 U.S.C. 4212.
