Command Master Chief

CMDCM(SW/AW) Marie France attended Recruit Training in Orlando, FL, and graduated as the company Honor Recruit.  She attended "A" schools for both Cryptologic Technician Interpretive (CTI) (Russian) and collection (CTR). 

Her first duty was Naval Security Group Activity (NSGA) Kunia, HI where she was appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) and was selected as 3rd Company's Plebe Company Commander.  Following a significant physical injury, she returned to enlisted status.

Future duties included NSGAs Sabana Seca, Puerto Rico, and Imperial Beach, CA, deploying onboard USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71) and USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN (CVN 72).  During her next tour at the FBI's Engineering Research Facility in Quantico, VA she was selected for Chief Petty Officer.  She short-toured to USS MOBILE BAY (CG 53) in Yokosuka, Japan followed by a crew swap to USS COWPENS (CG 63).

CTRC(SW/AW) France returned to USNA as a Company Chief, qualifying as Recruit Division Commander (RDC) en route.  At USNA she qualified as Master Training Specialist (MTS), USMC Martial Arts Tan Belt and Instructor, and was selected for Senior Chief.

As the Intelligence Department LCPO at Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Suitland, she completed her Master of Science Degree in Business Management and was selected for Command Senior Chief.  After selection to CTRCM and Command Master Chief, she retoured as NIOC Suitland CMC for a short period.

Subsequent successful CMC tours include Navy Recruiting District (NRD) New York, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two Eight (HSC-28), and Strike Fighter Squadron Three Two (VFA-32).  She reported to NCTAMS LANT in July 2015.
