General Title III Information

Accountability Leadership Institute (ALI) for English Learner and Immigrant Student Programs

The purpose of this annual two-day institute is to provide Title III technical assistance and professional development to superintendents, administrators, program evaluators and other local leadership. The Institute focuses on best practices related to effective programs, student achievement, and accountability systems for English learners.

Title III Data and Data Collection
The California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) is used to collect the number of English learners and the number of immigrant students. Private schools provide their number of immigrant students on the Student National Origin Report (SNOR). This data includes demographics, forms, and instructions.

English Learners (ELs)
