  • Sailors stationed at Fleet Activities Yokosuka (FLEACT) participate in the Pure Praxis Sexual Assault Prevention workshop held at the base's Fleet Theater. The Pure Praxis group has reached over 16,700 Navy personnel since they began working with the Department of the Navy in 2014. FLEACT provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.   • More than 630 Sailors, Marines and civilians aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) form a teal ribbon and spell out "ESX ARG" to show support for Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The formation was organized by the ship's sexual assault prevention and response (SAPR) victim advocates to kick-off the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month campaign and help raise awareness toward the importance of preventing sexual assault and other inappropriate behavior.
