    Jan. 22-26 | NCSC Court Consulting Services staff is conducting a criminal caseflow management study to improve case processing and reduce unnecessary delays at the Superior Court of Washington in Thurston County.

  • NCSC News Staff to create ATJ performance measures

    Jan. 24-25 | The director of NCSC’s Center for Jury Studies is participating in a working group session to develop performance measures for program innovations to support access to justice (ATJ), especially for self-represented litigants, at the Pew Charitable Trusts A2J Evaluation Performance Measures meeting. 

  • NCSC News NCSC, FMCSA team up for commercial driving project

    Jan. 25 | NCSC staff is meeting with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) representatives in Washington, D.C., to discuss ways to better inform judges, court personnel, prosecutors and defense counsel on commercial driving laws, procedure and administrative processes governed by Federal regulation.
