Work/Life Programs

The Service strives to be an employer of choice and, as such, offers a variety of exciting programs to promote work/life issues among our employees. Specifically, the following are programs available to employees:

In addition to telework, management can also authorize a variety of work schedule options, including maxiflex and compressed work schedules, to accommodate employee work/life needs, as long as the mission of the Service is still accomplished.
