Getting Involved in Your Community

Being a good neighbor is much more than mowing your lawn and trimming your hedges.  It’s about helping to make your neighborhood a safe, friendly, and comfortable place to live.  Neighbors play a significant role in homeownership and it’s important to remember that you’re a neighbor too.

If your home is governed by a Homeowners Association, it’s important you understand the role it plays in your community and how your dues are being spent.  It’s equally important that you’re aware of the rules they’ve established to ensure your home is compliant.
