GPO National Account Managers (NAMs)

National Account Managers (NAMs) are your single, dedicated point of contact at GPO, connecting Federal customers to products and services that best suit agency objectives. Their role is to:

• Aid in resolving administrative and financial issues related to account set-up, funding, billing, or other GPO activities and processes
• Introduce you to new GPO programs and services
• Assist in choosing the most appropriate and cost-effective GPO programs
• Provide technical advice on specifying print projects and maximizing print and publishing budgets
• Connect you to GPO’s subject matter experts who can provide technical guidance in making informed decisions about print and digital publishing options
• Conduct educational outreach events and training
