1 - Farm Bill Amendment (09-farm-bill) modifies the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Crop Revenue Coverage Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Revenue Assurance Insurance Policy Basic Provisions, Group Risk Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions, and the Group Risk Income Protection Plan of Insurance Basic Provisions for the 2009 crop year for all crops with a 2010 contract change date prior to Oct 31, 2009.
2 - Sanctions Amendment modifies the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions for the 2009 and succeeding crop years for all crops with a 2009 contract change date on or after Jan 31, 2009.
3 - Written Agreement Amendment modifies the Common Crop Insurance Policy, Basic Provisions and the Crop Revenue Coverage Insurance Policy, Basic Provisions for the 2007 crop year for crops with a contract change date on or after Jun 30, 2006.
4a - CAT Endorsement (05-cat) attaches to specific crop provisions when CAT coverage is selected by insured for crops with a contract change date prior to Jun 30, 2008.
