Closing the Loan

You'll sign many important documents at closing, the final step in the homebuying process when the property is legally transferred to you. Make sure to read each document thoroughly, ask questions, and know that you have a team by your side.    

Your team should help you prepare for closing – the long-awaited day when you get the keys to your new home.  Remember to bring key documentation with you to closing and request a walkthrough of your home before closing.
