C.Suite is the procurement and acquisition system for DOC. This system interfaces with CFS (Commerce Financial System).

C.Suite Forms

• Request New C.Suite Account
  C.Suite includes both C.Request and C.Award. Access is dependent on need.
• Add/ Update Vendor* - Replaces Vendor Activation Request Form
• Address Update* - Replaces C.Suite Address Submission Form
• Work Transfer* - This form is used to request that an item be transferred in C.Suite to the person submitting the form.
• Add Technical Point of Contact or Contracting Officer's (Technical) Representative*  This form is only for use in creating profiles that will not be utilized as login accounts. If the desire is to have access to review documents in C.Suite as a TPOC or COR please use the Request New C.Suite Account form listed above.
• UNSPSC/FSC Request Form* - This form is used to submit pairings of UNSPSC and FSC identities.

• Friday, January 20, 2017 from 8:00 pm until Monday, January 23, 2017, 7:00 am - C.Suite available, however Commit, Cancel Commit, Submit, Obligate and Financial Closeout will not be available
• Friday, January 27, 2017 from 8:00 pm until Saturday, January 28, 2017 9:00 am ET - C.Suite will not be available
