Solicitation of Newsletter Editing Service for American Consulate Guangzhou

The American Consulate General Guangzhou intends to issue a request for quotation under full and open competition procedures for Newsletter Editing Service to the American community and their families.  

A detailed “Scope of Work” is available to the interested bidder. The Scope of Work requires the successful contractor to electronically provide a biweekly newsletter to the Consulate for one year and one optional year which includes compiling articles, writing, editing, layout and submission in final form for publication of every two weeks of the Consulate’s newsletter, the “Pearl Jam”.

Solicitation of Chinese Language services for American Consulate Guangzhou

The American Consulate General Guangzhou intends to issue a request for quotation under full and open competition procedures for Chinese Language Training services to the Consulate officers.  

A detailed “Scope of Work” is available to the interested bidder. The Scope of Work requires the successful contractor to provide six levels of Chinese Language Training services to the Consulate officers. The Contractor shall develop the instruction to include the development of speaking, listening, and reading skills to permit comprehension of relevant media or face-to-face conversation. All instruction shall also include job relevant language terminology and usage of the design field of interest.
