AMS Issues Update – Beef

Livestock, Poultry, and Seed Program’s Deputy Administrator, Dr. Craig Morris, provided an overview of LPS, mentioning revisions to the grade standards for beef, commodity purchase updates, Process Verified Program, export verification, Livestock Mandatory Reporting, country of origin labeling, the Economic Landscape, and research and promotion.
