*ICE Clear Europe is the clearing entity for all ICE Futures U.S., Inc. financial natural gas, power and physical environment contracts (“IFUS Energy Contracts”). For each of the IFUS Energy Contracts ICE Clear Europe determines the margin rate that it charges to its clearing member firms that carry positions in the contracts.

For each of the IFUS Energy Contracts, the Exchange Minimum Margin requirements for Outright and Straddle positions are based upon the ICE Clear Europe margin rate charged to their clearing member firms for the respective contract, as follows:

For Hedge Accounts as defined under CFTC Regulations, Customer Omnibus Accounts and IFUS Members (including Permit Holders, Direct Access Members, Lessees, Member Firms, and Trading Members, as defined in Exchange rules), the Exchange Minimum Initial Margin shall be equal to the ICE Clear Europe margin for each respective IFUS Energy Contract.

For all other accounts, the Exchange Minimum Initial Margin shall be equal to 110% of the ICE Clear Europe Margin for each respective IFUS Energy Contract.

For all accounts, the Exchange Minimum Maintenance Margin shall be equal to the ICE Clear Europe Margin rate for each respective IFUS Energy Contract.
