• The Department of Public Works, Buildings Division’s personnel continues to accept the added responsibility to their ever changing work environment.  This dedication and collaboration with a host of many, has helped to improve and modernize our City Hall facility.  The aggressive work of the Brown administration to implement a strategy to upgrade and restore the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components to today’s standards continues to be a priority.  These capital improvements will result in an immediate savings of gas and electric and a more pleasant work environment.
