A DoD-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement was established non-competitively with Palantir Technologies to provide perpetual and cloud licenses, maintenance, services and training for products including Palantir Gotham and Palantir Metropolis. The Palantir ESI BPA is available to all DoD components, including the Intel community, and offers 100% discount (no cost) on all training courses required with the purchase of Palantir perpetual and/or term licenses under an ESI issued task order.

It is the responsibility of the Ordering Officer to ensure compliance with all fiscal laws prior to issuing an order under a BPA, and to ensure that the vendor selected represents the best value for the requirement being ordered (see FAR 8.404).
